  • A one time 60 minute consultation fee to explore the home and provide concrete suggestions and actions. 
  • A generated report will be provided outlining action steps to be implemented by the home owner.
  • Upon service, a contract will be provided outlining the specifics of the agreed service and compensation 
  • Additional time will be billed by the half hour.
